Georgetown is the farthest south of the towns we serve, and it's also the oldest, with a historic waterfront district that predates most of the Grand Strand's newer development by a century or more. Homes in and around the historic district often call for more planning around wall and ceiling access than a newer build, original plaster, narrower stud spacing, and architectural details clients don't want disturbed. We account for that during the walkthrough so a media room, lighting retrofit, or automation project respects the character of an older home instead of treating it like standard new construction. Outside the historic district, Georgetown's newer neighborhoods get the same full range of services with none of those constraints.
